1. Service
sendit scan ("we", "our", "the service") provides AI-powered vehicle analysis for salvage auction listings from Copart and IAA. The service generates damage assessments, repair cost estimates, market valuations, and flip verdicts based on listing data and photos.
2. No Professional Advice
All estimates, valuations, and verdicts are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional appraisals, mechanical inspections, financial advice, or purchase recommendations. You should always inspect vehicles in person before purchasing and consult qualified professionals for repair estimates and valuations.
3. Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated damage assessments may not identify all damage, and repair cost estimates may vary significantly from actual costs depending on location, shop rates, parts availability, and hidden damage not visible in photos. Market valuations are based on available data and may not reflect actual sale prices. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of any analysis.
4. Assumption of Risk
You assume all risk associated with vehicle purchases made using information from this service. sendit scan is not liable for financial losses, unexpected repair costs, or any other damages resulting from reliance on our analyses.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts are for individual use. Sharing account credentials may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
7. Usage Limits
Each subscription tier includes a set number of analyses per billing period. Exceeding your limit will result in temporary restriction until the next period. Automated scraping, bulk analysis, or reselling of our data is prohibited.
8. Data Sources
We aggregate data from public auction listings, VIN databases, and third-party market sources. We are not affiliated with Copart, IAA, or any auction platform. Data availability and accuracy depend on third-party sources beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sendit scan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
