Repair vehicle in Georgia. Tow (not drive) to inspection site. Provide before-photos, Form MV-1, Form T-129 (Labor & Parts Certification), parts receipts, and original salvage title.

$100 state inspection + $18 title fee = $118 total. $100 for each re-inspection on failure. Vehicle must be TOWED to inspection (cannot be driven). VIN verification, parts verification, safety equipment check, and 'rebuilt' stamp verification.
