Repair vehicle. Apply by mail (Form MV-83SAL) for salvage vehicle examination. Provide before-photos, parts receipts with donor VINs. Repairs must match insurance claim. Title arrives 3-5 weeks after passing.

$200 inspection fee. Mail-only application process. NOT a safety or emissions inspection. Verifies vehicle is not stolen and parts are not stolen. Repairs must match insurance claim exactly or vehicle is rejected. Separate safety and emissions inspection also required.
